NIGP 09566: Make-Up Mirrors

NIGP 09566 Make-Up Mirrors, an Item code, encompasses portable and fixed reflective mirrors used by state and local governments in facilities management, emergency services, institutional settings, and personnel hygiene applications. The code covers standard cosmetic mirrors, magnifying mirrors, and related mounting hardware procured as support equipment rather than primary operational assets. State and local issuing bodies soliciting under this code include municipal facilities departments, county sheriff and correction operations, school districts, transit authorities, and state health and human services agencies; activity is geographically dispersed across multiple jurisdictions with no single dominant buyer. Purchases tend toward small-dollar, routine procurement handled through cooperative purchasing agreements, informal bids, or standing indefinite-quantity contracts with office and facilities-supply vendors.

The source material provided contains no recent state or local contract opportunities for NIGP 09566 Make-Up Mirrors. Without posted solicitations in the recent-opportunities block, current market signals—such as issuing-body frequency, geographic concentration, notice type, response dates, or dollar range—cannot be characterized from available data.
