NIGP 02075: Posthole Diggers, Tractor Mounted

NIGP 02075 Posthole Diggers, Tractor Mounted is an Item code representing equipment that state and local governments procure for grounds maintenance, utility installation, and infrastructure work. The recent state and local solicitations posted under this code do not align with posthole digger procurement — the most recent opportunities reference a Williamson County Purchasing Department office relocation notice (which contains no procurement scope), a Sourcewell cooperative RFP for law enforcement equipment, and a Butts County School System food bid for the School Nutrition Program. None of these solicitations involve posthole diggers or tractor-mounted earth-moving equipment.

The code shows no active state and local contract opportunities for posthole diggers as of mid-2026. Jurisdictions seeking this equipment may source through existing cooperative purchasing vehicles, equipment-rental agreements, or general construction and grounds-maintenance contracts rather than through standalone NIGP 02075 solicitations. Business development professionals should monitor for activity under related codes such as grounds equipment rentals or construction services, or track cooperative purchasing catalogs that bundle earth-moving equipment alongside broader utility and maintenance services.
