The primary objective is to provide USACE HQ personnel the opportunity to visit program project sites and understand the scope and scale of the UMRR Program. The solicitation requires a helicopter capable of transporting five individuals to various locations over a three-day period, with coordination between the helicopter operator and airports. The contract will be awarded on a lowest price technically acceptable basis per FAR 52.212-2.

The U.S. Army Base at Fort Jackson, South Carolina is seeking sources with the capability to provide bus transportation services from Fort Jackson Army Base to the following locations: Charleston, SC, Myrtle Beach, SC, Concord, NC, and Atlanta, GA and could include other locations within a 250 mile radius.Bus transportation service is needed to provide round trip bus service from a location on Fort Jackson Army Base, Fort Jackson, SC to any of the locations listed above. The contractor shall pick-up passengers from a specified location on Fort Jackson Army Base and drop off the passengers at the specified location. The contractor shall pick-up the passengers from the drop-off location and transport the passengers back to Fort Jackson Army Base. The contractor will not be required to provide in-and -round transportation or spend the night at the drop-off locations. This is strictly a drop off and pick up requirement. The Government is seeking Small Businesses within the Columbia, South Carolina area.
