Cafeteria Food Products

The Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division (TDCJ-ID), awarded a term contract to Redemption Road Foods, Inc. for cafeteria food products, specifically non-fat dry instant powdered milk. The contract, identified as 25034625, was executed on November 13, 2024, with a performance period extending through August 31, 2026. The contract's cumulative value is $59,319.90, with the primary line item involving the delivery of 855 bags of 50-pound non-fat dry instant powdered milk to Area 1, with an order increment quantity of 45 bags.

The contract specifies a unit price of $69.38 per 50-pound bag, indicating a strategic procurement approach for institutional food service requirements. Redemption Road Foods, Inc. will serve as the prime contractor responsible for fulfilling the milk product deliveries to the Texas Department of Criminal Justice's designated institutional locations. The term contract structure suggests a pre-negotiated arrangement allowing the state agency to procure specified quantities of milk products over the defined contract period with predetermined pricing and delivery parameters.
