About this vehicle
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Alaska District awarded this multiple-award IDIQ for environmental remediation services across Alaska and the USACE Pacific Ocean Division area of responsibility on August 10, 2022, with a shared ceiling of $100 million and authority to issue orders through February 9, 2028—approximately 18 months of ordering window remaining. The vehicle is unrestricted and carries no set-aside designation.
Scope spans environmental investigations, feasibility studies, remedial designs, removal actions, and operations and maintenance for Department of Defense and interagency customers including the Air Force, Army, U.S. Coast Guard, U.S. Forest Service, and Federal Aviation Administration. Primary work occurs in Alaska, with secondary performance authorized within the broader Pacific Command area. Work supports the Formerly Used Defense Sites program, Air Force Installation Restoration and Environmental Quality programs, Army Environmental Quality and IRP, and the Native American Lands Environmental Mitigation Program. Recent task orders include PFAS remedial investigations at Fort Wainwright, removal actions at Coast Guard Port Clarence, data gap investigations on Kodiak Island, and post-remedial monitoring across multiple sites.
Five primes have won awards. Brice Environmental Services Corporation holds the largest share with eight orders and $13.3 million combined potential value, followed closely by AGN JV LLC with six orders and $12.9 million. Jacobs Government Services Company, Bethel Environmental Solutions LLC, and AECOM Technical Services hold the remaining awards. All 19 task orders have been awarded to the single customer—USACE Alaska District—indicating customer concentration at 100 percent. Activity peaked in 2023 with seven orders and has declined to three orders in 2025 to date.
Of the $33.9 million combined task-order potential value, $25.3 million (75 percent) has been obligated. Individual orders range from around $250 thousand to $6.3 million, with durations typically spanning two to four years. Most recent awards occurred in December 2025, suggesting continued if modest ordering momentum as the vehicle approaches its final ordering deadline.
