About this vehicle

The Department of Homeland Security awarded this Master BPA to CPR Savers & First Aid Supply, LLC on December 8, 2010, for consumable medical supplies in pre-hospital and emergency medical services contexts; the ordering period closed on December 7, 2014, and no new orders may be placed against this vehicle.

This BPA is no longer active. The last task order was issued on May 4, 2011, more than 15 years ago. The successor vehicle, DHS Medical Supplies BPA 2015–2020, was awarded on June 25, 2015, and is the current procurement path for this scope.

During its ordering window, this BPA generated minimal activity: two task orders totaling $60 thousand in combined potential value, both obligated in full. The Federal Emergency Management Agency Community Survivor Assistance Section placed both orders. The first order, issued March 11, 2011, covered consumable medical supplies with an obligation of $9,140.67; the second, issued May 4, 2011, obligated $50,465.90 for five medical supply kits and subsequent modifications to cover shipping costs in support of disaster recovery operations (DR-1971-AL). Both orders were firm fixed price with no set-aside designation. CPR Savers & First Aid Supply, LLC was the sole awardee under this BPA and captured 100% of ordering activity.

This vehicle demonstrates minimal ordering velocity and a single-contractor award pattern. Pursuit is not viable; the ordering period has closed for over 11 years, and the successor vehicle is the appropriate path for new work in this scope.
