The contracts will be a mix of small business set-aside and unrestricted awards, with the work including planning, design, construction support, environmental studies, and facility condition assessments. Task orders will range from $100,000 to $15 million in value, with the majority of projects expected to have a construction value between $100,000 and $15 million. The selected A-E firms will have expertise across disciplines such as architecture, civil engineering, structural engineering, and environmental engineering to support a variety of facilities including aircraft maintenance hangars, operations buildings, and other National Guard infrastructure. This contract will provide critical design and engineering services to maintain and modernize National Guard facilities across a large geographic area.
