The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Louisville District has awarded a $240 million multiple-award Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) to Project Solutions, Inc., a woman-owned small disadvantaged business, for Non-AE Construction Management Services (CMS). This IDC will support Civil Works projects primarily within the Great Lakes and Ohio River Division mission boundaries.

The contracted services may include on-site construction inspection/oversight, review of submittals and construction work, drafting change documents and cost estimates, construction management and technical expertise in areas such as structural, electrical, and mechanical systems. The IDC has a 5-year base period with an optional 5-year extension, allowing USACE to quickly access Project Solutions' professional services for a variety of infrastructure, facilities, and environmental management initiatives. This acquisition was set aside for small businesses, with proposals evaluated using a Best Value Tradeoff source selection process.
