The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has awarded a single award indefinite delivery contract to Commonwealth Heritage Group, Inc. (doing business as Ccrg), a small business subchapter S corporation, with a potential value of $7,500,000 over a 5-year period of performance. The contract is to provide cultural resource services, including archaeological field surveys, heritage resource inventories, historic property assessments, and tribal consultations to assist the Corps in meeting historic preservation compliance requirements.
Under this IDC, the Corps has issued multiple firm fixed price delivery orders to Commonwealth Heritage Group and its parent company Panamerican Consultants Inc. (doing business as PCI) to conduct cultural resource surveys, investigations, monitoring, and other support services for civil works projects across the southeastern United States. The delivery orders range in value from $12,000 to $272,000 and specify work to be performed in locations such as Vicksburg, Mississippi; New Orleans, Louisiana; and Memphis, Tennessee. No set-aside designations were used for the majority of these delivery orders, though the original IDC solicitation was a 100% small business set-aside.
