The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers awarded an indefinite delivery contract with a potential value of $24.9 million to DCR Services & Construction Inc. to provide heavy construction services across Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Missouri and Wisconsin through August 2025. The contract utilizes a multiple award task order contract vehicle to enable efficient ordering of requirements in support of the Corps' civil works programs, including flood damage reduction, ecosystem restoration, and infrastructure maintenance such as dams and locks.
Four task orders have been issued against the contract to date. DCR Services will rehabilitate the Lake Redrock Dam spillway bridge deck in Iowa for $1.5 million, perform paving work at the Starved Rock Lock in Illinois for $1.1 million, and provide dredged material management planning services in Illinois for $780,762. A minimum guarantee task order of $0 was also awarded for unspecified construction in Michigan. The task orders utilize firm fixed price contracting and have periods of performance ranging from one month to over one year in completion date. Set asides include competitive 8(a) designations for both the IDV and individual task orders.
