The contracted work supports the Army, Navy, and other defense organizations in maintaining critical infrastructure and advancing technology development.

The overarching UMCS IDIQ contract aims to provide a flexible, streamlined vehicle for the government to acquire utility monitoring, control, and related infrastructure support services. These task orders fund the provision of services such as preventative and corrective maintenance, fire alarm/suppression system upkeep, facility upgrades, and research and development support, enabling the government to efficiently meet its mission requirements across the UMCS program.
