The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Omaha District is soliciting proposals for an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Multiple Award Task Order Contract to provide environmental remediation services and military munitions response program support across the United States, Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories. The solicitation seeks firms to conduct field investigations, engineering analysis, response actions, waste handling and disposal, compliance documentation, and other activities to support cleanup efforts. Proposals will be evaluated on technical qualifications, past performance, and price, with award made to responsible 8(a) small businesses. Proposals are due by 2:00 PM local time on May 9, 2016. The set-aside contract has a total value of $60 million over five years and is reserved for eligible 8(a) small businesses under NAICS codes 562910 and R425. Incumbent contractors may recompete for follow-on work. Awards will have a minimum $2,500 guaranteed task order amount. Work will be performed throughout the Northwestern Division area of responsibility and at the Edward Zorinsky Federal Building in Omaha, Nebraska.
