A FINAL RFP does not exist at this time. Please DO NOT send in Proposals. If a FINAL RFP is issued, it will available on FedBizOpps.gov. Attached is a DRAFT RFP dated 4 October 2016 and DRAFT Attachments (as specified in Section J of the DRAFT RFP). Section M - Evaluation Factors for Award is not included in the DRAFT RFP. It is anticipated that if a FINAL RFP results from this notice, it will be to award a Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract, for approximately $200 Million. The Contractor shall be required to provide a wide range of environmental investigations, remediation, and munitions response activities at various installations/locations throughout the United States (US) including the territories ofPuerto Rico and the Virgin Islands. The Government anticipates awarding firm-fixed price Task Orders (TOs) against the Base Contracts. 2. SITE VISIT: A Site Visit is planned for 1 November 2016 and 2 November 2016 for the Live Task Order at White Sands Missile Range, New Mexico, from approximately 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM (MDT), both days. Two days are required to tour all locations. The Site Visit will be limited to two (2) persons per Offeror.
