This effort is to provide the requisite operational, program management, technical, engineering, integration, and program/product support services for the duration of five (5) years. The services to be provided by the contractor encompass a wide variety of technology support to include analysis, studies, development, design, and demonstration of innovative Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) concepts and technologies to meet future asymmetric, counter-terrorism, and counter-insurgency warfare scenarios. Technologies include sensors, multi-source data fusion, munitions detection systems, signal processing tools and concepts, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED) tool automation capabilities, and Counter Improvise Explosive Devices (CIED) technologies and systems.
