The Department of the Army Medical Command awarded a multiple award indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract to One Federal Solution Corporation with a potential value of $249 million. The contract is a research and development support contract to aid the U.S. Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases. Under the contract, One Federal Solution has received three delivery orders to date for administrative, non-personal, and COVID-19 response support services at various Army medical facilities including Fort Detrick and Madigan Army Medical Center. The delivery orders have firm fixed prices totaling $6.9 million and periods of performance from 2017 through 2022. As prime contractor, One Federal Solution will provide services including administrative assistance, program analysis, and technical writing to support the Army's medical research and treatment missions. The contract aims to procure professional services and subject matter expertise to aid the Army Medical Command's infectious disease research efforts at USAMRIID and enhance administration of military treatment facilities.
The Department of the Army Medical Command has also issued delivery orders against the master contract to One Federal Solution Corporation for non-personal support services at Madigan Army Medical Center in Washington. These include a $164,086 order for services through June 2020 and a $350,620 order for services through September 2021, both with firm fixed prices. As a multiple award ID/IQ, the master contract establishes One Federal Solution as a preferred provider of research and development support services, enabling the issuance of delivery orders on an as-needed basis to address the Army Medical Command's requirements.
