THE PROGRAM EXECUTIVE OFFICE FOR SIMULATION, TRAINING AND INSTRUMENTATION (PEO STRI), PROJECT OFFICE FOR INSTRUMENTATION, TARGETS AND THREAT SIMULATORS (PM ITTS); TARGETS MANAGEMENT OFFICE (TMO), HUNTSVILLE, ALABAMA IS THE LEAD FOR THE MANAGEMENT OF THESE ITEMS. THIS ACQUISITION WILL BE A FULL AND OPEN COMPETITIVE EFFORT. ONLY U.S. BUSINESSES LOCATED IN THE UNITED STATES WILL BE SOLICITED.
