This indefinite delivery contract (IDC) was awarded by the Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) to Lufburrow And Company, Inc., a woman-owned small business, to provide knowledge-based support services related to command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (C4ISR) for ACC-APG customers, other Program Executive Offices (PEOs), other Department of Defense (DoD) agencies, and other federal agencies. The multiple-award IDC has a $37.4 billion ceiling value and a period of performance through May 14, 2027.
Under this IDC, Lufburrow And Company has been awarded two delivery orders by the PEO Intelligence Electronic Warfare & Sensors agency. The first delivery order, valued at $47.3 million, is to operate, improve, support, and sustain a DevSecOps environment with continuous integration and continuous deployment software pipelines for government-owned software. The second delivery order, valued at $27.3 million, is to instantiate and operate a government-owned software development pipeline for signals intelligence, cyber, and electronic warfare technologies. Both delivery orders are cost-plus-fixed-fee contracts with no set-asides, and the work is being performed in Havre de Grace, Maryland.
