Production Lead Time First Article is 180 Days After Contract Award (DACA) with deliveries to FORT BLISS, TX, 79916-5801. This item is competitive. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. REQUEST FOR A SOLICITATION WILL NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE. This Sources Sought Synopsis (SSS) is in support of Market Research being conducted by the Defense Logistics Agency to identify potential manufacturing/supply sources, and if future efforts can be competitive or Set Aside for Small Business. The proposed North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 334511 which has a corresponding Size Standard of 1250 employees.
