Jacobs Technology Inc. was awarded an indefinite delivery contract by the Naval Air Systems Command Naval Air Warfare Center to provide various products and services in support of test and evaluation/training threat/target systems. The multiple award contract has a potential value of $92.9 million over five years and was awarded on September 27, 2021 without any set-aside designations.
Jacobs has received a delivery order against the contract valued at $2.5 million to provide minimum guarantee services at the Ridgecrest, California facility from September 2021 through September 2026. The services will support the Navy's air combat training programs through testing and evaluation ranges.
The original pre-solicitation notice sought responses for software development, maintenance and security, threat simulation, documentation and training to support the Mobile & Integration Threat Systems Division. The notice did not specify a set-aside and responses were due in April 2020 for work to be performed at facilities in China Lake, California. The scope included sustainment of training and threat systems, trusted cross-domain solutions, and interface development to support network-centric training environments.
