The contract has a potential value of $942,494.67 over a five-year period of performance through April 2028. No set-asides were specified. Under the contract, the college will deliver post-secondary education programs culminating in an Engineering Technology Support Specialist Certificate for apprentices who complete the program. Training will be provided locally within 25 miles of Naval Air Station Jacksonville.
A $174,550.95 firm fixed price delivery order was also awarded against this IDV for apprenticeship training through July 2024. Florida State College at Jacksonville will provide the academic instruction for two semesters per year at its Jacksonville location.
