It is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitation to the internet.NUWCDIVNPT Code 15 is responsible for services and materials procured for the TAIPT telemetry configuration Management, Engineering Services, and the upgrade, maintenance, fabrication, or development of the components and special test equipment in support of the Towed Systems program which utilize TAIPT telemetry.The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) has a requirement for technical, engineering services, and materials for the Towed Array Integrated Product Team (TAIPT) Telemetry towed array technology.The above services and materials will be solicited on an unrestricted basis. The NUWCDIVNPT Office for Small Business Programs concurs with the set-aside determination.The Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) structure is as follows:CLIN 0001 Engineering Services/CPFFCLIN 0002 ODCs related to CLIN 0001/Cost onlyCLIN 0003 DATA associated with CLIN 0001/Not Separately PricedCLIN 0004 Spare Parts /FFPCLIN 0005 Data Package (Drawings and Models) The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport, RI (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to award a Sole Source Requirement to L3 Chesapeake Science Corporation (L3/CSC).
