The Department of the Navy's Naval Air Systems Command has awarded a multiple-award Indefinite Delivery Contract titled "Training Systems Contract IV (TSC)" to Xebec Government Services, LLC, a for-profit organization providing training systems, simulators, and aviation support services to U.S. military clients.
Under this $979,999,996 IDIQ contract, Xebec has received several delivery orders to date. These include a $2.5 million firm fixed price order for assembly, installation, and testing of MH-60 naval helicopter aircrew training systems at Naval Air Station North Island and Naval Station Norfolk; a $15.4 million order for full mission bridge simulation and training; a $27.4 million order for maritime integrated training devices supporting programs at Fort Eustis and Newport News, Virginia; and a $12.4 million order for work on the Littoral Combat Ship Bridge Personnel Tactical Trainer program at Xebec's Huntsville, Alabama facility. Some of these task orders have utilized set-asides for service-disabled veteran-owned and total small businesses. The contracting work is performed across multiple locations including California, Virginia, and Alabama.
