The Department of the Navy Naval Air Systems Command Naval Air Warfare Center awarded an Indefinite Delivery Contract to Pro-Active Technologies, Inc., a for-profit manufacturing organization, under the Training Systems Contract IV (TSC) IDIQ vehicle. The contract has a potential value of $979,999,996 and a period of performance through November 2023.
Under this award, Pro-Active Technologies will provide a range of training systems, maintenance trainer systems, smoke system upgrades, software development, virtual simulation sustainment services, and lab hardware to support the Navy's aviation training programs. To date, the agency has issued three delivery orders to Pro-Active valued at $4.1 million, $5.3 million, and $1,000 under the TSC IV IDIQ. These task orders cover 11H94 MTD BCU products/services, smoke system upgrades, and a minimum guarantee, respectively, to be performed at Pro-Active's facility in Oviedo, Florida. Several of the delivery orders carry a total small business set-aside designation, reflecting the government's efforts to support small business participation in these training system modernization efforts for naval aviation.
