The U.S. Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) awarded an Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) with a ceiling value of $10 billion to Applied Technical Systems, Inc. (ATS), a veteran-owned and service-disabled veteran-owned small business. The contract, known as Seaport Next Generation (Seaport-NXG), provides engineering, technical, and programmatic support services to the Department of the Navy across 23 functional areas.

Under this IDC, NAVSEA has issued several task orders to ATS, including: a $14.5 million cost-plus-fixed-fee order for engineering and technical support for in-service mines, mine countermeasures targets, and new concept mines; a $13.1 million cost-plus-fixed-fee order for science and technology laboratory support services at the Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division; a $4.9 million cost-plus-fixed-fee order for support of the Littoral Combat Ship Multi-Vehicle Communications System; and a $12.8 million cost-plus-fixed-fee order for mine warfare tactics and analysis program support. These task orders, performed in locations such as Panama City Beach, Florida and Silverdale, Washington, demonstrate ATS's specialized expertise in supporting the Department of Defense's mine warfare and naval systems capabilities.
