THIS REQUIREMENT IS FOR ONE MEDIUM HELICOPTER MEETING THE FOLLOWING MINIMUM AIRCRAFT REQUIREMENTS; NINE (9) INSURED PASSENGER SEATS NOT INCLUDING PILOT, BUT INCLUDING COPILOT SEAT IN AN AIRCRAFT, NORMALLY SINGLE-PILOT OPERATED.
