The Department of Health and Human Services Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) awarded the Strategic Partners Acquisition Readiness Contract (SPARC) program, a multiple award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, to provide information technology (IT) services and solutions to support CMS's mission. Under this IDIQ, CMS has issued several task orders to Sparksoft Corporation, an 8(a) certified, women-owned minority business providing health IT expertise. These delivery orders total over $300 million in potential value and cover a range of services including master data management, enterprise data lake, enterprise portal, data services hub, and multidimensional data analytics. The task orders will be performed primarily in Maryland and aim to streamline CMS's IT systems and digital service delivery to better support Medicare, Medicaid, and other HHS healthcare programs. Sparksoft has experience providing similar systems integration, data, and independent verification services to CMS and other federal health agencies, positioning it as a strategic partner to advance CMS's IT modernization goals through the SPARC contract vehicle.
