The Department of Health and Human Services Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) awarded the Strategic Partners Acquisition Readiness Contract (SPARC), a multiple-award indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle, to Reli Group Inc., a self-certified small disadvantaged business and 8(a) program participant. Under this IDIQ, CMS has issued several delivery orders to Reli Group for a range of healthcare IT services and support. These include software maintenance and operations, data analytics, compliance monitoring, risk management, and other professional services across programs such as NPPES, MIDAS, ASETT, and Medicaid.gov. Many of these orders have been set aside for small businesses, including 8(a) sole source and HUBZone designations, with a total contract value exceeding $150 million. The contracted work is performed primarily in Maryland and supports CMS's mission to administer and oversee federal healthcare programs.
The SPARC IDIQ is a strategic sourcing vehicle that allows CMS and other HHS Operating Divisions to obtain a wide spectrum of IT services across the enterprise performance life cycle, from initiation and requirements through development, testing, and maintenance. As a prime contractor, Reli Group leverages its expertise and small business status to deliver flexible, cost-effective solutions that advance CMS's technology and data initiatives in support of Medicare, Medicaid, and other critical healthcare programs.
