About this IDV
The Department of Health and Human Services Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) awarded an Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) under the Strategic Partners Acquisition Readiness Contract (SPARC) program to Graham Technologies LLC, a minority-owned, for-profit, Black American-owned subchapter S corporation. The $1,000.00 SPARC IDC is a multiple award contract vehicle that will serve as the major IT systems and support contract for CMS, while also being available for use by other HHS Operating Divisions. The contract provides a wide range of services across the enterprise performance life cycle, including initiation, concept, planning, requirements, design, development, testing, systems accreditation, independent verification and validation, maintenance, and data request services. As a prime contractor, Graham Technologies has delivered IT consulting, software development, cybersecurity, cloud, systems integration, and civil engineering services to various federal agencies through other IDIQ vehicles such as OASIS SB, 8(a) STARS II, and agency-specific contracts. The SPARC IDC has a period of performance through February 2027, allowing CMS and other HHS components to continue obtaining IT services and solutions from Graham Technologies and other awardees.
