About this IDV

The Strategic Partners Acquisition Readiness Contract (SPARC) is an indefinite delivery contract awarded by the Department of Health and Human Services Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services in 2016. With a potential value of $1,000, SPARC is a multiple award IDC intended to serve as the primary contract vehicle for CMS IT systems and support services across the enterprise performance life cycle. The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and other HHS operating divisions may obtain requirements analysis, design, development, testing and maintenance services through task orders under SPARC.

Turning Point Global Solutions, L.L.C. was awarded a contract under SPARC. As a minority owned, self certified small disadvantaged business, Turning Point is positioned to support Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services' IT needs such as software development, systems integration, infrastructure support and wireless mobility solutions. Places of performance for previous Turning Point contracts include Washington D.C. and Potomac, Maryland. By holding multiple government wide acquisition contracts and blanket purchase agreements valued at $9 million, Turning Point maintains the vehicles necessary to provide its federal clients with task order based access to a range of IT solutions.
