About this IDV
GSA's Center for Broker Services awarded an indefinite-delivery contract to Savills Inc. on September 30, 2015, with a contract ceiling of one dollar for federal leasing support services in the Southern Service Area (Zone 2) of the United States. This is one of multiple awards under GSA's national leasing support services program, which procured nine IDIQ contracts through full and open competition—two awards per geographic zone, with up to three awards in the National Capital Service Area.
The contract covers acquisition of leasehold interests and related real estate services for federal tenants across the Southern Service Area, encompassing the Southeast and parts of the South-Central United States. Work is performed in Washington, DC with administrative oversight, while leasing activities span locations including Texas, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Alabama, and Tennessee. The period of performance runs one year with four one-year option periods, with an ultimate completion date of January 18, 2021.
Work is executed through individual task orders issued against this IDIQ. Recent delivery orders reflect broad customer-agency demand: Social Security Administration projects in North Carolina (extended through December 31, 2029), Charlotte and Savannah (DHS-CBP through December 1, 2030 and April 13, 2023 respectively), IRS support in Laredo, Texas (completed January 14, 2021), U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement in Orlando, Florida (through December 1, 2023), U.S. Marshals Service in Irving, Texas (through December 31, 2024), and multi-agency support in Charleston, South Carolina (extended through February 6, 2028) and Clarksville, Tennessee (extended through December 31, 2028). All delivery orders carry firm fixed-price terms with nominal dollar ceilings and are issued by GSA's Center for Broker Services.
