About this IDV
This indefinite delivery contract (IDC) was awarded by the U.S. Air Force to Rescue Rover LLC, a veteran-owned small business, to provide advanced battle management system (ABMS) capabilities. The $950 million multiple award IDC supports the Air Force's strategic initiative to develop integrated joint warfighting capabilities across air, land, sea, space, cyber, and electromagnetic domains.
Under this IDC, Rescue Rover was awarded a $1.8 million firm-fixed price delivery order to develop an ABMS solution that will transform intelligence and targeting data into actionable information for the military. The delivery order aims to realize the Joint All Domain Command and Control (JADC2) vision by enabling integration of sensors and shooters across operational environments. This work will be performed in Frederick, Maryland. The IDC has an ultimate completion date of May 28, 2025. The original ABMS Broad Agency Announcement, which remains open until 2025, seeks innovative technologies to provide critical surveillance, tactical communications, processing, networking, and battle management command and control capabilities for the joint force.
