About this IDV

The Department of the Air Force has awarded an $8.9 million Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) to Aurora Industries LLC, a subsidiary of Sitnasuak Native Corporation, to provide approximately 41,000 security forces personnel with non-fire resistant combat shirts in the Operational Camouflage Pattern (OCP). The contract has an ultimate completion date of February 14, 2027.

Aurora Industries, an Alaska Native Corporation-owned, minority-owned, and self-certified small disadvantaged business, will manufacture and deliver the combat shirts from its facility in Camuy, Puerto Rico to various Air Force commands, including the Air Education and Training Command, Air Mobility Command, Air Combat Command, Global Strike Command, and Pacific Air Forces. The contract does not have any set-aside designations, but Aurora Industries' status as a small disadvantaged business has enabled the company to secure multiple large IDV contracts with the Department of Defense to supply essential military clothing and equipment.
