The Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC) awarded an $43 million, single-award, 8(a) sole source Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) to Specpro Sustainment And Environmental, LLC, an Alaska Native Corporation-owned small business. The IDC, titled "STAMP IDIQ BASE", will provide a range of environmental sustainability and climate resilience services to the Air Force through 2028.
Under the contract, Specpro received a $5.35 million firm fixed price delivery order to develop and implement a Climate Action Plan (CAP) for the Air Force in Fairborn, Ohio. The CAP work includes assisting the Air Force in establishing strategies, goals and metrics to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and adapt to climate change impacts, in support of the Department of Defense's mission and installation resilience. The IDC and associated delivery orders provide the Air Force with a streamlined contract vehicle to procure these critical environmental compliance and operational support services from a specialized small business provider.
