About this IDV
The Department of Transportation awarded a single award Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) worth up to $302.6 million to KBR Wyle Services, LLC, doing business as Stinger Ghaffarian Technologies (SGT), for Information Technology (IT) support services. This contract, referred to as "Support Onsite for Information Technology Services" (SOFITS), enables the DOT to rapidly acquire a range of IT, facilities, and management support services through multiple task orders.
Under this IDC, two task orders have been issued to date. The first task order, valued at $195.9 million, provides onsite IT support services at the DOT's Volpe Center in Cambridge, MA. This task order is funded through KBR Wyle's $1.93 billion RIMIS 2 IDIQ contract with NASA. The second task order, worth $40.9 million, also provides IT support services at the Volpe Center. Both task orders were awarded as cost-plus-fixed-fee contracts and do not have small business set-asides. KBR Wyle has engaged various subcontractors, including small businesses, to support the delivery of services across these task orders.
