VARIOUS ECONOMIC AND STATISTICAL STUDIES RELATED TO EMPLOYER PROVIDED BENEFIT PLANS
Added: Jun 20, 2013 1:38 pm COMMENT: The U.S. Department of Labor, Employee Benefits Security Administration is seeking firms to provide various economic and statistical studies related to employer provided benefit plans.This is a presolicitation notice and not a request for proposal. The government will solicit for competition utilizing the procedures pursuant to the authority of FAR 12.The government contemplates the Request for Proposal (RFP) will result in a multiple award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract.The RFP shall require the submission of a technical, past performance, and price proposal. Technical and past performance will be considered more important than price. Price will be considered and evaluated in determining the overall best value to the Government.It is anticipated that the subject solicitation will be issued to the FBO website on or about June 24, 2013. The solicitation will be issued electronically only, hard (paper) copies will not be provided.It is the contractor's responsibility to monitor the website for the issuance of the RFP as well as any amendments. All prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (www.sam.gov) and Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) database (https://orca.bpn.gov/).The period of performance is anticipated to be for a period of five years beginning on 30 September 2013.
