Facilities Professional Support Services

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to issue a solicitation for Facilities Professional Support Services (FPSS) at various locations. FPSS is anticipated to be a multiple award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract using FAR Part 15. The FBI estimates the solicitation/request for proposal will be released in the December 2016 timeframe, with proposals being due in the January 2017 timeframe. Anticipated award is expected in the first quarter of calendar year 2017. The resultant contract will have a lifecycle of 5 years and is anticipated to include Firm Fixed Price and cost reimbursable contract line item numbers.The services required will be professional services in support of existing the Facilities and Logistics Division (FLSD). FLSD programs in the fields of program management, project management, construction management, real property management, lease administration management, workplace management, facilities management, project controls management, engineering, material handling systems consultation, technical writing, project analysis, cost estimating, project scheduling, construction inspection, computer aided drafting and management and program analysis support services. In addition to general professional services, additional services may include project management oversight, design reviews, integrated technology coordination, security coordination, budget review, change order management and subject matter expertise.All questions/comments shall be submitted via email to David Triplett at David.Triplett@ic.fbi.gov and Mark Dillinger at Mark.Dillinger@ic.fbi.gov. Sources SoughtNAICS: 541611, Administrative Management and General Management ConsultingThe Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is seeking Professional Support Services at various FBI sites including:• Washington D.C. metropolitan area • Quantico, Virginia• Pocatello, Idaho • Huntsville, Alabama• Clarksburg, West VirginiaThis Sources Sought is not a Request for Proposal. No solicitation documents are available. The FBI is researching small business capabilities for these services. Information from the Sources Sought will be used to understand the capabilities of the competitive market. Results from this Sources Sought will be used to develop our market research report and finalize our acquisition strategy. After responses are received, our technical staff will evaluate responses and may interview prospective contractors to pursue future contracting initiatives. Interested contractors shall possess, at a minimum, a Top Secret Facility Clearance and be able to hire personnel with Top Secret and Secret clearances. If your organization has the potential capacity to perform these contract services, please provide a tailored capability statement addressing the particulars of this effort, with appropriate documentation supporting claims of organizational and staff capability. If significant subcontracting or teaming is anticipated in order to deliver technical capability, organizations should address the administrative and management structure of such arrangements Furthermore, contractors shall provide the following information to be considered for these services:1.
