Western-wide Security Guard Contract
Added: Aug 05, 2015 6:47 pm Western Area Power Association has a requirement for a contractor to provide armed security guard services to protect people and property. The contractor must maintain a secure environment in which Western employees, contractors and visitors can conduct business with confidence and continue to deliver critical services to the Nation. Attached are a DRAFT Statement of Work for the base contract and the DRAFT Performance Work Statement for the first task order.The contract type for this procurement is an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity. The ceiling of the contract will be $25 million. The minimum guarantee is $100,000. The period of performance will be for one year with four, one-year options.The NAICS Code for this procurement is 561612, Security Guards and Patrol Services, and the applicable size standard is $20.5 million. The procurement will be issued as an 8(a) Competitive Set-Aside.An optional site visit is planned for September 10, 2015, at the Desert Southwest Region's Phoenix Facility.Any questions to be answered during the site visit must be submitted via email no later than close of business September 3. Questions and answers, including those answered at the site visit will be provided via FBO.Attendance at the site visit is not mandatory. The Government will not reimburse any offeror for expenses related to attendance of this site visit.
