Added: May 17, 2013 3:21 pm This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) sub part 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is CSOSA-13-Q-0006 and the solicitation is issued as a request for quote. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-66, effective April 1, 2013. The Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA) is looking for a Contractor to provide pharmacy services. The vendor must be able to provide daily deliveries of medication. CSOSA asks that all interested vendors provide a quote. Please provide questions to Allen Tillman II at allen.tillman@csosa.gov.Evaluation will be conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 13.106-2. Evaluations will be based on the Offeror's technical ability to provide the supplies and services along with the Offeror's pricing. We asked that Offerors provide their lowest price. Please be advised, all offerors must submit a completed copy of the provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items, with their offer. All Offerors must be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM). Any information over the page limit will not be evaluated. Please see attachment for additional information.
