This Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) was awarded by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) to Segura Consulting LLC, a minority-owned and Hispanic American-owned limited liability company. The $500 million IDC, awarded in March 2006, is intended to support USAID's FOREIGN ASSISTANCE program with a focus on economic development, water security, sanitation, hygiene, and data analytics services.
Under this IDC, USAID has issued multiple task orders for Segura Consulting to provide technical assistance and implementation support in various countries, including Ukraine, Jordan, Georgia, and Liberia. The task orders cover a range of activities such as evaluating water infrastructure, advising on water tariff and subsidy reforms, supporting utility reform planning, and recruiting financial consultants for state-owned enterprises. These task orders have a total ceiling value of over $100 million and span performance periods from 2004 to 2015, demonstrating the breadth of Segura Consulting's work in international development under this IDC.
