1.STEWARDSHIP; THE $500,000 "ACTION OBLIGATION" IS THE CANCELLATION CEILING; ALL OTHER OBLIGATIONS WILL BE DONE AT THE TASK ORDER LEVEL. 2. THE VALUE OF THE PRODUCT WILL VARY DEPENDING UPON THE NUMBER OF ACRES TREATED AND THE COMPOSITION OF THE TIMBER STANDS. 3. THE ESTIMATED VALUE OF THE SERVICES IS FROM $25,936,600 TO $64,929,800 AND WILL VARY BASED UPON THE NUMBER OF ACRES TREATED AND THE COST OF TREATMENTS SELECTED AT THE TASK ORDER LEVEL. THE VALUE OF SERVICES COULD EASILY EXCEED THE HIGH ESTIMATE IF THE MORE EXPENSIVE TREATMENT OPTIONS ARE SELECTED.
