Stennis Space Center (SSC), Johnson Space Center (JSC) including White Sands Test Facility (WSTF), Kennedy Space Center (KSC), and Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC) including Michoud Assembly Facility (MAF). Other NASA centers and federal tenants at NASA facilities may utilize MACC-II with SSC procurement officer approval.
The IDIQ supports general construction, alteration, modification, maintenance and repair, demolition, design-build, and new construction of buildings, facilities, and real property at participating NASA centers. The contract also supports emergency response to natural disasters and emergencies. MACC-II is not a requirements contract and is intended to provide a highly flexible construction contracting vehicle. The solicitation included four seed projects—one for each of the four primary centers—structured as initial model task orders with defined specifications and drawings.
Recent task-order activity includes a $50,000 firm fixed-price delivery order issued August 19, 2026, as a stipend for unsuccessful offeror on the Design-Build Consolidated Laboratory Facility at Stennis Space Center, with completion scheduled for October 19, 2026. An earlier $5,000 delivery order addressing safety and health requirements was issued November 9, 2017, with completion in May 2018.
