About this IDV
NASA Stennis Space Center awarded an indefinite-delivery, multiple-award contract to Southeast Cherokee Construction, Inc., a woman-owned small business, with a ceiling of $47.744 million on October 24, 2017, under a Total Small Business set-aside. The contract extends through April 23, 2027. Southeast Cherokee Construction, certified as both woman-owned and minority-owned small business, has placed multiple delivery orders under this IDIQ since award, including recent orders from NASA Langley Research Center for building demolition ($3.171 million, awarded September 2026; $9.349 million, awarded September 2023) and from NASA Stennis Space Center for sitewide pavement refurbishment ($2.064 million, awarded April 2025), design-build asphalt road resurfacing ($2.030 million, awarded November 2022), B-test stand electrical and mechanical repairs ($1.661 million, awarded September 2022), electrical distribution arc flash mitigation ($1.392 million, awarded September 2021), and facility line replacement work ($1.291 million, awarded July 2018).
