About this IDV
The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Johnson Space Center awarded an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract, the Research, Engineering, Mission Integration Services (REMIS) contract, to Zin Technologies, Inc., a self-certified small disadvantaged business. The REMIS contract has a ceiling value of $500,000,000 and a period of performance through September 5, 2024. Under this multiple-award IDIQ, Zin Technologies has been issued several delivery orders to provide mission integration and operations support, engineering services, and hardware refurbishment in support of NASA's spaceflight and exploration programs. These task orders include providing support for the CASIS ACE-T (Thermophoresis) microgravity experiment, the Combustion Integrated Rack (CIR) resources, and the Burning and Suppression of Solids (BASS) flight experiment. The work is primarily performed in Houston, Texas, and uses cost-plus-fixed-fee and firm-fixed-price contract types. No set-aside designations were used for these awards. The REMIS contract vehicle allows NASA and other federal agencies to obtain a wide range of engineering, mission integration, and research services to support their space-related activities and objectives.
