About this IDV
The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Johnson Space Center awarded an Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) titled "Research, Engineering, Mission Integration Services (REMIS)" to The Boeing Company. The $500,000,000 multi-award REMIS contract enables the solicitation of spaceflight and ground hardware, software, sustaining engineering, engineering services, payload facility integration, and research mission integration and operations services required to support the International Space Station (ISS) Program. Under this IDC, NASA can issue delivery orders for a variety of services from Boeing and other awardees using commercial approaches to satisfy the statement of work. The task order reviewed was a $250,000 firm fixed price award to Boeing for engineering services and mission integration and operations support for the ISS Program through September 2024. No set-asides were used for this contract or task order. The original REMIS solicitation, issued in 2016, sought proposals from industry to provide these research, engineering, and integration services to enable NASA's human spaceflight initiatives.
Description
