This 10-year contract, with a period of performance from July 2022 to June 2027, will enable NCI to issue task orders to Westat for a wide range of services, including study management, biospecimen activities, exposure assessment, and clinical support.
Under this IDC, Westat has been awarded several task orders to date, valued at $33.5 million, $5.3 million, $21.5 million, $3.4 million, and $19.8 million, to provide support services for various DCEG research programs and initiatives, such as the Infections and Immunoeidemiology Branch, Integrative Tumor Epidemiology Branch, Agriculture Health Study, and Occupational and Environmental Cancer research. These task orders, which utilize a cost-plus-fixed-fee pricing structure, are focused on delivering epidemiological, clinical, genetic, and exposure assessment support to NCI's extensive portfolio of domestic and international cancer research studies.
