PROJECT DESCRIPTION THE INDIAN HEALTH SERVICE, CALIFORNIA AREA OFFICE HAS AN UPCOMING REQUIREMENT FOR A CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT TO PROVIDE ALL LABOR, MATERIALS, EQUIPMENT, AND SUPERVISION TO CONSTRUCT NECESSARY TO CONSTRUCT INDIVIDUAL ON-SITE WASTEWATER DISPOSAL SYSTEMS, INDIVIDUAL WATER AND SEWER SERVICE LINES, AND OTHER REQUIRED APPURTENANCES ON OR NEAR NATIVE AMERICAN RESIDENCES LOCATED IN HUMBOLDT, DEL NORTE, TRINITY AND SISKIYOU COUNTIES, CALIFORNIA.THIS WILL HAVE A BASE YEAR AND FOUR (4) OPTION YEARS, WHICH WILL BE EXERCISED IAW FAR 52.217-9 -- OPTION TO EXTEND THE TERM OF THE CONTRACT.
