About this IDV
This Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) was awarded by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) Southern Syria Assistance Platform to support the "Building Resilient and Inclusive Communities in Conflict" (BRICC) program in Syria. The $150 million, multiple-award IDIQ contract has a 5-year base period with options to extend up to 2 additional years. The initial Task Order 1 (TO 1) is focused on restoring essential services, strengthening inclusive governance, and reviving local livelihoods and economies in northeast Syria over a 2-year period, with options to expand coverage as conditions permit.
The BRICC IDIQ seeks to achieve five intermediate results across Syria: (1) restoring essential services, (2) strengthening inclusive governance, (3) reviving local livelihoods and economies, (4) expanding access to education and vocational training, and (5) increasing access to healthcare, mental health, and psychosocial support services. The contract holder is expected to maintain a rapid response capability to adapt to the dynamic context in Syria. The prime contractor, Management Systems International, Inc. (MSI), is a subsidiary of Tetra Tech, Inc. and an experienced provider of international development and technical assistance services to U.S. government agencies.
