This Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) was awarded by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) to DAI Global LLC, a for-profit international development company, under USAID's Water and Development II (WADI II) IDIQ program. The $1 billion, single-award IDC has a period of performance through September 2031 and is intended to procure technical expertise in water security, sanitation, hygiene, and water resources management to support USAID's Center for Water Security, Sanitation and Hygiene.
To date, USAID has issued three task orders under this IDC, valued at a total of over $121 million. The task orders aim to: 1) strengthen water security and systems in Haiti; 2) improve food and water security in Uganda; and 3) provide specialized technical advisory services, assessments, tools, and capacity building assistance across USAID's international development objectives related to water access, agriculture, and infrastructure. None of the task orders have set-aside designations. The work is being performed globally, including in Haiti, Uganda, and Bethesda, Maryland.
