The Indefinite Delivery Contract is a multiple award IDV issued by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Bureau for Management Office of the Assistant Administrator. With a potential value of $655 million, it provides Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning services under the EVAL ME II IDIQ vehicle.
