About this IDV
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has awarded an Indefinite Delivery Contract, known as the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) Enforcement, Permitting and Assistance (REPA) 6 - Zone contract, to Eastern Research Group Inc. (ERG), a for-profit subchapter S corporation. The $30 million multiple-award contract has a period of performance through November 14, 2024 and provides a vehicle for the EPA to procure a variety of technical, research, and program management services in support of its RCRA enforcement, permitting, and assistance programs.
Through numerous task orders issued under this IDIQ, ERG is providing services such as environmental data collection and analysis, regulatory and policy assessments, safety standards development, program evaluations, and technical assistance to EPA regional offices across the country. The task orders awarded to date span a range of activities, including RCRA inspections, delisting petition reviews, Brownfields site assessments, risk management training development, and public engagement support, among others. The contract does not utilize any small business set-asides, as ERG is a large, experienced consulting firm that has held numerous prime and subcontractor roles on federal contracts with EPA and other agencies.
